The Pre-Stage Consultation

Pick a plan & sign up

Fill the “Nutrition Coaching Application” sheet to help us figure out your existing eating pattern and workout  routine, expectations from the program and health parameters which are important to you.

An appointment schedule is generated for the duration of the program based on your time and day preferences.

Consultation Stage

Detailed onboarding session lasting 6090 minutes is conducted to create a highly personalized nutrition plan,
which is typically delivered within 57 days of the session.

Weekly interactions are held via WhatsApp or call (as per availability), with a monthly video call also scheduled.

Throughout the program, meal plans are reviewed and adjusted as necessary, with phone, WhatsApp, and email support available to answer any queries.

Additionally, special meal planning is offered for occasions such as travel, competitions/match days, and offseason periods.

Post Consultation Stage

A post- consultation document summarizing all the learnings & achievements from the program will be  provided.

On need basis program can be renewed.

About The Nutrition Program

Our programs are designed for athletes who are looking for a 100% personalized coaching experience, ready to  commit to at least 12 weeks to their nutrition, science and evidenced-based nutrition practices, focus on creating  sustainable behaviors and lifestyle beyond the finish line & flexible eating that fits all aspects of your life

The packages work in the same manner; just that instead of interacting with Rashmi, you will work directly with your  designated nutritionist. Rashmi has a small and well-trained team, and she oversees every single meal plan that is  prepared by them. 

Rashmi supervises all meal plans, no matter what program you sign up for. For the 3 & 6-month consultation, Rashmi
and one team nutritionist will work together in designing an eating plan for your needs. For the 12-month consultation,
80 per cent of your interactions will be with Rashmi; 20 per cent with a team nutritionist (to accommodate any changes
in schedule & for any immediate queries).

Our consultation is designed to benefit all clients, no matter where they live. Clients can interact with us via the
phone/ Google Meet/ Zoom, and email. In fact, many of our Bangalore-based clients also opt for video chats for their
appointments.

Results’ is an ambiguous term in our dictionary. Just as eating wrong has an immediate effect on the body, so does
eating correct. It might not be a measurable effect but you will start feeling better, more energetic, better recovery,
improved immunity etc within a week or two of following the diet. What we track are your efforts, results just follow.

Our ideology is to help you eat right as per your game & goals & not get into the trap of diet chart. We work at
educating our athletes to understand their body’s requirements as per training so that eventually they are able to evolve
their own eating pattern, overcome the fears & myths associated with certain foods. Ours is a “nutrition education”
program for athletes & not a ‘weight-loss or weight gain’ one.

There is no bias towards a non-veg or veg diet. The basic idea is to have an eating plan that will meet the training &
fueling demands of an athlete and is doable.

We don’t do rapid weight loss or weight-only goals. Setting realistic body composition goals can certainly be a part of
your journey. Our top priority above all else is your well being and supporting your body as you progress through your
training and events.

Most of our athletes travel as travel is an essential part of an athlete. The nutrition plan will be designed keeping in
tune with the competition / match / race you might have. You will be educated on how to plan meals while traveling and
assisted with choosing best options when you are in a new country/ city. You will be given competition / travel
guidelines as per the tournament & the country / city.

Once you finalize the plan then click on the price button which will direct you to the contact form page. Fill up the form & our team will reach out to you. 

You can make payment in two installments, which need to be made within the same month. Please note that the
waiting period begins after we have received the full payment.

One of our team members will get in touch with you to fix your 1st appointment. Before the appointment you need
to fill “About You” sheet. This contains all the info we will require from you to start the program. We prefer to have a
body assessment or InBody Analysis report during the 1st session. In case any blood test reports are required then the
same will be intimidated during the sessions.

There are no discounts for any of the programs.

No extensions are possible once you have made the payment. However, re-signups are possible.

The idea is to empower you to eat right as per your sport & personal goals. This may take 3/6/12 months depending
on your specific case. We can help you with this decision in case you are confused. Fill our “Contact Us” form & our team

About The Exercise Plan

Your current fitness levels and exercise pattern will be analyzed for any additions/ changes that need to be made.
Specific plans, for example exercise prescriptions to be followed at your gym, will be given to you at an additional cost
decided by our S&C expert based on your requirements & duration.

Any form of exercise that is required as per your sport & current fitness status. It could be strength training, running,
Yoga, functional training or a mix of different forms. You will also be educated on the basics of exercise physiology and
bio-mechanics so that you have good fundamentals and can make intelligent choices in the future also.
